From inconsistent income to paying clients: three solopreneur results
Before you join my free masterclass, I want you to know who else has sat in that room.
Not a collection of people who were already making silly money and wanted a few LinkedIn tips.
People who needed the business to work.
Carina was stuck.
Allison had left corporate with nothing lined up.
Steph was starting from zero.
Different situations.
The same framework.
Carina: two clients and $9,994 banked
Carina was stuck between $4k and $6k a month.
She’d been burned by a coach.
And she’d never once been paid in full by a client in her entire career.
She had work she could deliver.
But her offer and outreach needed attention.
Two weeks after we fixed those, she’d closed two clients and banked $9,994.
Her first experience of being paid in full.
That matters.
Not just because of the number.
Because there’s a difference between having something useful to sell and having an offer you can put in front of the right people with confidence.
Allison: a first $36,000 client after leaving corporate
Allison left the corporate world with nothing lined up.
That’s an uncomfortable place to be.
You can have years of experience and still be starting from scratch when it comes to finding your own clients.
Your employer knew what you could do.
The market needs you to make that clear.
Allison signed her first $36,000 client in her first quarter.
She wasn’t waiting for her experience to explain itself.
She was building a business around it.
Steph: a first $15k month within six months
Steph was a fractional HR consultant.
Starting from zero.
She earned her first $15k month within six months.
Her expertise was HR.
Building the business around that expertise was a different job.
That’s the part experienced professionals often underestimate.
Being good at the work doesn’t automatically tell people why they should hire you.
You need to connect your ability to an outcome they want.
Then you need a way to find those people and have the conversation.
Different starting points. The same business questions.
Carina, Allison and Steph didn’t start in the same place.
They weren’t selling the same service.
Their results didn’t arrive on the same timeline.
But the framework gave us a way to work on the questions underneath the business.
Who do you help?
What do they want?
What are you offering?
How do you find the people who need it?
That’s what I want you to see in the masterclass.
Not just the client wins.
The thinking behind building an offer and a client acquisition process around your existing expertise.
What this means if you’re starting or stuck
Maybe you’re getting clients but the income is inconsistent.
Maybe you’ve left employment and now have to find the work yourself.
Maybe you’re starting your first solo service business and looking at a blank calendar.
You don’t need to pretend those situations are identical.
You do need to identify what your business is missing.
An offer people understand.
A clear audience.
A way to start relevant conversations.
If you’ve spent years developing your craft, don’t assume the answer is another qualification.
Look at how you’re connecting that craft to the people who could pay for it.
Join the free masterclass
My free masterclass breaks down the framework I teach for building towards $15k months as a solopreneur using LinkedIn.
You’ll see how the offer and outreach fit together.
So you can look at your own business and understand where the work needs to happen.
Carina, Allison and Steph each had their own starting point.
Bring yours.
P.S. You don’t need to arrive with the whole business figured out. That’s rather the point of coming.
